BOBICK, William "Bill" J., 58, of Hudson, died Thursday, January 5, 2006, at Gulfside Regional Hospice in New Port Richey. He was born in Chicago, Ill., and moved to Florida from Chicago in 1999. He retired as a police officer in Chicago after 28 years of service and was a staff inspector for Pasco County Sheriff's Office for five years. He was a U.S. Navy veteran of Vietnam, and Beach Jumper, and received three Purple Heart Medals. He was a life member of Veterans of Foreign Wars. He is survived by his wife, Laura Bobick of Hudson; daughters, Rebecca Lopez of Chicago, Ill., and Candace Bobick of Orland Park, Ill.; mother, Ruth Bobick of Port Richey; sister, Donna Kilinsakis of Romeoville, Ill.; and two grandchildren.
