MOORE, Frank W., Jr. Frank W. Moore, Jr., age 63 of Snellville, GA passed away July 28, 2009. He was a member of GA State Defense Force, Civil Air Patrol and Naval Special Warfare and a 32nd Degree Master Mason. Memorial services will be held Sunday, August 2, 2009 at 5:00PM at Maranatha Baptist Church in Lilburn, GA. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church.
