Articles of Association, U.S. Navy Beach Jumpers Association (formed on September 15, 2003 by five former Beach Jumpers) Be it known that we, the undersigned, do hereby associate ourselves as a body, pursuant to law, to form an organization of Navy Veterans. ARTICLE 1. The name of our organization shall be known as the U.S. Navy Beach Jumpers Association. ARTICLE 2. The purpose of our association shall be to promote the historic memory of  Navy Beach Jumpers, participate in activities of a patriotic nature and to provide social and recreational activities for our members.   ARTICLE 3. The principal office of the association shall be maintained at 255 Madison Avenue Saddle Brook, NJ 07663 with a mailing address of P.O. Box 474 Saddle Brook, NJ 07663.*   ARTICLE 4. The affairs of the association shall be governed by a Board, consisting of  five (5) Directors. The Directors shall be elected by the general membership for a term of three (3) years, as prescribed in the bylaws. The Board of Directors shall meet at least once annually.   ARTICLE 5. Officers of the association shall consist of a President, Vice President and a Secretary-Treasurer. These offices shall be elected by the general membership for a term of one (1) year, as prescribed in the bylaws.   ARTICLE 6.
